Yes, we take walk-ins. There might be a wait time, so we highly recommend scheduling an appointment ahead of time.
We are in network with most PPO insurance and Medi-Cal. If you would like us to check your eligibility, please give us a call and provide your insurance information.
For your first appointment, please bring in your driver's license and insurance medical cards. We will need you to fill out patient forms to keep on file for future visits.
Yes, we take emergency appointments. If you are experiencing any pain, please contact our office right away. We will do our best to accommodate you. If we are not available, please go to your nearest emergency room or urgent care.
Our team will remind you the day prior to your appointment with a call and text. Please let us know about any changes you would like to make 24 hours before your appointment. We will work with you to reschedule if necessary.
Our doctors recommend scheduling a cleaning every 6 months.
If you will be visiting our office for the first time, you may print and fill out these new patient forms to speed up the checking in process. Please don't forget to bring your driver's license and medical insurance cards for us to make a copy to keep on file. We may need you to update your file if it's been over a year since your last visit.
